1. Acceptance
By creating a Fieclo account you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
Fieclo is a product operated by PT Pantauan Nusantara Teknologi (the “Company”). The Company provides field-work proof capture and subcontractor orchestration software.
We are a software provider, not a party to any agreement between you and your vendors or clients.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your company.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
Paddle is the seller of record — your contract for payment is with Paddle.
Pricing is in USD. See fieclo.com/pricing for current plans.
Payments in IDR are processed by Xendit (PT Sinar Digital Terkemuka). For IDR billing, your contract for payment is directly with Fieclo.
Free trial is available per the terms displayed at signup — no credit card required during trial.
5. Proof Records
You own all proof data (photos, GPS records, signatures) captured through Fieclo.
We store it on your behalf. We do not claim any rights over your proof records.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not: use Fieclo to capture proof of illegal activity; attempt to tamper with or reverse-engineer proof records; resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
On cancellation: 60-day read-only export window, then data deleted per our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fieclo is provided as-is. We are not liable for disputes between you and your vendors or clients. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Surabaya, Indonesia, unless local law requires otherwise.
