2. What We Collect
- Account info: name, email address, company name
- Field proof data: GPS coordinates, photos, timestamps, compass direction, signatures
- Device info: device ID, operating system, app version
- Payment: handled entirely by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record) — we never store card data
3. How We Use It
- To provide and operate the Fieclo service
- To generate tamper-evident proof records on your behalf
- To send service notifications (no marketing without consent)
4. Data Retention
Proof records (photos, GPS, timestamps) are retained for approximately 7 years from job completion date — the period during which a field work dispute could legally arise. After that window, records are automatically deleted.
Account data is deleted 60 days after account closure.
5. Third Parties
- Paddle.com — payment processing and tax compliance (Merchant of Record)
- Cloudflare R2 — encrypted file storage for proof photos and documents
We do not sell your data to any third party.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
On cancellation, you have a 60-day window to export your proof records before deletion.
7. Cookies
We use session cookies required for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes
We will notify you by email of material changes to this policy at least 14 days before they take effect.
